Those are the first sentences I learned in my Beginning Italian class. Although my vocabulary has expanded since I first arrived in Venezia back in August, I must rely on English to fully relay my experiences as a temporary citizen. This website functions as an e-portfolio for COM 370: "Italian Citizenship Behind the Scenes and Beyond the Stereotypes," in which I explore my original and developed conceptions of citizenship, examples of citizenship, and applications of what we have learned through our class trip to Tuscany and a final research project.
